- Owning and developing Vstorm’s social media communication across key channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram)
- Creating and executing a consistent social media plan aligned with business goals and brand positioning
- Co-managing content calendars for company channels and selected personal brands
- Creating, coordinating, and publishing content in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Translating business, tech, and market topics into content that is engaging, and valuable for a B2B audience
- Supporting the personal branding of Vstorm’s leaders by helping them turn their knowledge and perspective into strong social media communication
- Monitoring channel performance, identifying what works, and turning insights into practical recommendations
- Working closely with internal teams to capture relevant stories, projects, insights, and behind-the-scenes moments worth sharing
- Proactively bringing ideas for new content formats, campaigns, and communication opportunities
- Supporting selected employer branding and event communication initiatives
