  • Briefing, reviewing, and guiding designers, video editors, copywriters, and occasionally freelancers to ensure high-quality, on-strategy output.
  • Analyzing creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, visuals, and calls-to-action.
  • Continuously iterating on winning creatives to extend their lifecycle and improve efficiency.
  • Researching competitors, market trends, and platform updates to proactively evolve our creative strategy.
  • Documenting learnings and building internal creative playbooks and best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with other teams, contributing to channel strategy and budget efficiency.
