Profile: Junior Data Engineer with GCP

Profile: We are looking for an ambitious Junior Data Engineer to join our data team building a

modern data platform across EMEA on Google Cloud Platform.

In this role, you will support data processing and integration pipelines, contribute to data

transformation workflows, and collaborate with other team members to build and maintain data

solutions following the Medallion architecture (Bronze 6Silver 6Gold) approach.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions)
• Work with Medallion architecture (Bronze 6Silver 6Gold)
• Optimize SQL queries and automate workflows with Python
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and code versioning (Git)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in data engineering or analytics projects
• Strong SQL skills and basic Python knowledge
• Familiarity with GCP tools (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage)
• Polish tax residency (required)
• Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools
• Experience with Git repository and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of data quality and monitoring concepts
