- Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform, including implementation of new functionalities and customizations
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for solution implementation
- Develop, modify, and maintain platform code and configurations
- Perform testing, validation of changes, and ensure system integrity through code reviews
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architect and Administrator on project delivery
- Maintain and administer the ServiceNow environment (patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and system maintenance)
- Ensure proper integration of ServiceNow with external systems
- Handle incident resolution, bug fixing, and implementation of standard changes
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles
- Support architecture design, project planning, security, and disaster recovery activities
- Contribute to solution design and propose technical improvements
- Support daily operations and platform development activities across teams
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader
