Join a global transformation initiative focused on enhancing payment processes and platforms within a large international financial environment. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to analyse requirements, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable payment solutions supporting critical business operations.
You will
- Gather, analyse, and document business and IT processes
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution proposals
- Design process improvements and change interventions
- Coordinate change activities, including planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication
- Track delivery progress and prepare status reports
- Support implementation of new solutions and process enhancements
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and Architects
- Support resource planning and ensure effective utilisation of delivery capacity
