5–8+ years of experience in a PMO role
Experience in data-related projects (e.g., data quality, data remediation)
Proven track record in project delivery across cross-functional and global teams
Ability to analyze data and propose solutions to project challenges
Experience in change initiatives, preferably within financial services
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence (Clarity is a plus)
Strong understanding of governance frameworks and delivery standards
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT in a global matrix organization
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Experience in process improvement at programme or portfolio level
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

YOU WILL

Support the Programme Manager and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery aligned with scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
Monitor RAID and drive escalations through to resolution
Manage and oversee delivery governance in line with established change frameworks and standards
Track, report, and control delivery budgets and expenditures
Monitor benefits realization and OKRs against defined targets
Ensure high-quality reporting (status updates, RAID logs, milestones, OKRs) in line with organizational standards
Implement delivery standards across projects and perform quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
Maintain and update project documentation, processes, and knowledge repositories
Support project setup, tracking, and closure; facilitate post-implementation reviews
Act as a Change Framework SME, providing guidance, communication, and training on methodology updates
Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promote agile ways of working and share best practices, lessons learned, and templates
Provide guidance on tools such as Jira and Confluence
Contribute to the Centre of Excellence by identifying gaps and improving consistency
Document and cascade governance meetings, minutes, and action items
