Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven experience working with Secrets Management and Privileged Access Management topics and technologies
- Technical understanding on how PAM environment works, what are the dependencies and how changes may affect the rest of Client's ICT-infrastructure
- Experience of similar Secrets Management implementation projects
- Knowledge of IAM practices, for both on-premise and cloud environments
- Understanding of fundamental identity security principles (such as SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust)
- Understanding of IT processes and system development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Cyber Security and IT frameworks/controls (such as CIS, NIST, ISO 2700x, COBIT, ITIL)
- Previous experience working in a DevOps team in Agile/Scrum setup
- Basic understanding of directory services, operating systems, databases and network devices
- Great collaboration and negotiation skills for working with various stakeholders
- Strong technical, analytical and documentation skills
- A structured and organized way of working with the ability to deliver results with high quality
- The ability to have conversion between business and technical context
- The willingness to take ownership
- A strong can-do attitude and self-driven approach
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Secrets Management within the PAM/IAM organization
- Support the development and maturity of Secrets Management capabilities across the organization
- Assess and validate use cases, requirements, and gaps related to managing secrets
- Evaluate and recommend tools and solutions for secure handling of secrets (e.g., passwords, API keys, certificates, encryption keys)
- Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for selected solutions and support tool selection
- Help define and support the implementation plan for Secrets Management solutions
- Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Product Owner, Process Owner, and IAM Architect
- Support the enhancement of Privileged Access Management (PAM) maturity
- Assist in planning activities and creating documentation related to the project
- Contribute to improving overall security, compliance, and risk reduction within the organization
