Kogo poszukujemy?
- Good PowerPoint skills and basic skills using Excel as they are the primary tools used
- Experience managing smaller projects incl. ability to keep an overview of a larger portfolio of small projects and teams, secure progress in remediation activities, assist in handling delays and impediments and reporting for the teams
- Ability to stay on top of deadlines and comprehensive communicative skills to make sure that all inputs from various teams are delivered correctly and on time for the COO/SATL/SDTL report & meetings
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages to stakeholder in a clear and professional manner
- Relevant experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira will be beneficial, to support the development of Uplift Application Failover in Jira
- Great stakeholder management as the resource will have to engage with stakeholders across the organization
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Tracking the remediation progress in Service Domain Technical Lead level and nominated Point of Contacts when relevant
- Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure that sufficient progress report have been received to all applications
- Update and report the progress forward for reporting team (for SATL / COO) and to the relevant documents
- Maintain and enhance good communication with business area representatives and monitor them on the base of remediation activities progress
- Ensure relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains to make
- Escalate and handle issues and other dependencies with WS2 lead
