- Tracking the remediation progress in Service Domain Technical Lead level and nominated Point of Contacts when relevant
- Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure that sufficient progress report have been received to all applications
- Update and report the progress forward for reporting team (for SATL / COO) and to the relevant documents
- Maintain and enhance good communication with business area representatives and monitor them on the base of remediation activities progress
- Ensure relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains to make
- Escalate and handle issues and other dependencies with WS2 lead
