DevOps Engineer

Must have

• 4+ years of experience
• Experience building and managing services in Microsoft Azure
• Practical experience with CI/CD practices, including automation, tooling, and deployment techniques
• Experience collaborating with multiple support teams contributing to a shared service
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automation and compliance frameworks for cloud infrastructure deployments
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure operations and reliability practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Industry-recognized cloud certifications, especially AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator)
• Experience working with multi-tier application architectures, including development, deployment, and operational support

Project

The Cloud Platform Reliability & Automation project focuses on maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure supporting critical business applications. The role involves working within an Azure-based environment, ensuring stable and secure application deployments, improving infrastructure reliability, and supporting continuous delivery practices. The team collaborates closely with application owners and multiple technology teams to maintain high service availability and performance.

You will

• Act as a DevSecOps / DevOps Engineer, supporting both infrastructure and application improvements
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure SLI/SLO targets are met and continuously improved.
• Monitor and manage the Azure foundation platform to enable reliable application deployments.
• Partner with business application owners and other technology teams using cloud-based infrastructure
• Identify areas for improvement in infrastructure design and help deliver those improvements to production.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents affecting system performance and availability.
• Recommend and implement improvements in monitoring and incident response processes.
• Support engineering activities related to patching and infrastructure updates provided centrally
