Copilot Studio Developer

You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using Power Platform, RPA and other modern technologies. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.

In this role you will predominantly:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on low-code approaches.
• Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with various business systems, leveraging the Power Platform and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI-powered automation, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Lead the transformation and improvement of business processes through the strategic implementation of Copilot Studio.
• Develop and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and awareness sessions on Copilot Studio for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Copilot Studio, promoting best practices and driving adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related AI technologies.

Skills and attributes for success

We are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, with a strong understanding of Agentic Process Automation principles.
• Proven track record integrating low-code solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and multilingual optimisation.
• Solid scripting or coding in JavaScript or C# for custom connectors and UI tweaks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience with .Net framework.
• SQL Server or Azure SQL schema design and performance tuning.
• Power Platform or Azure AI certification (PL-200 / AI-102 or similar).
• Experience facilitating technical workshops or hackathons.
