Reporting to the AP Manager Your mission will be supervising Your team, ensuring quality and efficiency of day to day work and supporting the team and related supervisory and decision activities.
What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
- Supervise the team, ensure quality and efficiency.
- Hold regular team meetings, coach and mentor the team, promote open communication within the team.
- Responsible for setting and montioting goals for team. Ensuring aligment of the goals with SSC strategy and Group Finance objectives.
- Oversee proper (timely and quality) execution of processes performed by the team.
- Support resolving employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets.
- Coordinate P2P month end close activities and AP reporting.
- Develop and maintain scorecards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the team and perform regular performance evaluations of staff members
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives within the P2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.
- Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders.
