Kogo poszukujemy?
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycle and CRM-driven business processes
- Proven experience in business analysis and functional requirements documentation
- Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving skills
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for external clients
- Analyze client business processes (sales, marketing, customer service) and translate needs into effective CRM solutions
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (entities, business rules, workflows, Power Automate) to meet client requirements
- Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems (ERP, Power Platform, external APIs)
- Run client workshops, gather requirements, and present proposed solutions
- Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle, including testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
