- Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for external clients
- Analyze client business processes (sales, marketing, customer service) and translate needs into effective CRM solutions
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (entities, business rules, workflows, Power Automate) to meet client requirements
- Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems (ERP, Power Platform, external APIs)
- Run client workshops, gather requirements, and present proposed solutions
- Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle, including testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
