Kogo poszukujemy?
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, requiring office presence a minimum of 1–2 times per month (Łódź, Poland)
- Highly developed proficiency in the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of mainframe applications. Exceptional mastery of z/OS, COBOL, and DB2 is mandatory.
- Expert-level capability with core mainframe development and deployment utilities, including: COBOL compilers, JCL/Control Cards, workload schedulers (OPC), DB2 infrastructure, SQL querying, DB2 Catalog Manager
- Proven track record working within flexible methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and using collaborative platforms (specifically Jira and Confluence).
- Language Fluency: Required fluency (both written and verbal) in German and English.
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Assuming key responsibility for the incident resolution workflow and deep problem investigation to maintain system reliability.
- Conducting morning checks (starting at 6:00 a.m.) to confirm the successful conclusion and output integrity of overnight data loads.
- Actively supporting team members in quality assurance cycles, system go-lives, and ongoing live operations.
- Managing the integrity of the test environment segment that directly replicates the production platform.
- Creating, reviewing, and updating vital system documentation. Ensuring all operating procedures strictly adhere to established legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Efficiently handling and resolving all inquiries and requests related to the daily performance of the products.
