As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain the data platform, covering everything from data acquisition to making it accessible for users. Additionally, you will handle orchestration, security, and user adoption. The infrastructure is based on the Microsoft cloud, involving tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other Azure products.

• Develop and design a reliable, user-friendly, and easily manageable data platform within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Build efficient data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and potentially Microsoft Fabric.
• Create high-performing data models, ranging from dimensional modeling to second and third normal form, using Python, SQL, PySpark, or SparkSQL.
• Manage the environment with Azure DevOps, including the development of deployment scripts and pipelines.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and an ability to use these technologies efficiently.
• Experience with large datasets and the ability to develop solutions for processing large volumes of data efficiently.
• As a data engineer, you are familiar with various architectures and techniques, and you can identify patterns in different business processes, enabling you to transfer knowledge and experience across contexts.
• You don’t just follow directives blindly; you seek to understand the underlying questions to craft suitable solutions.
• You plan and drive the development of data engineering solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Working in an organized and structured manner is crucial to you, as unstructured and inconsistent code is hard to maintain and improve.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and knowledge of JIRA.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps is a significant advantage.
• B2 or higher level of proficiency in English.
