- Analyze application security, user access and access-related data
- Identify inactive, excessive and unnecessary user permissions
- Assess access findings and recommend actions based on business requirements
- Facilitate onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ
- Engage with Business and IT stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather required information
- Collaborate with RACF/IAM subject matter experts on actions and mitigations
- Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
- Support prioritization of project activities and management of scope changes
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Support and challenge stakeholders while aligning activities with project deliverables
