Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Coordinator

• Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements related to platform, infrastructure and technology initiatives
• Translating business needs into clear, well-defined work items for engineering teams
• Coordinating delivery across multiple teams, identifying dependencies, risks and blockers early
• Maintaining and improving technical documentation, including runbooks, process documentation, onboarding materials and architecture overviews
• Analysing existing processes and technical solutions to identify improvement opportunities
• Preparing stakeholder materials, impact assessments, status updates and governance documentation
• Supporting demand management by qualifying incoming requests
• Working closely with engineers, architects, cybersecurity specialists, product stakeholders and delivery teams
• Hybrid working model: 8 days per month from the Kraków office
• Long-term B2B cooperation via Antal

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Coordinator or IT Business Analyst
• Experience working within infrastructure, cloud, platform or technology-focused environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform ambiguous requirements into structured deliverables
• Understanding of technical concepts: cloud infrastructure, networking fundamentals, DNS, HTTP/TLS, web technologies
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• English allowing effective communication in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience within financial services or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of Azure, CDN/Edge platforms (e.g. Akamai) or web application security
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models or project coordination frameworks
• BA or delivery-related certifications (BCS, IIBA, AgilePM)
