Practice Lead

What you’ll do

• Accelerate adoption of standard CI/CD pipelines and deployment services across CTO portfolios.
• Create engineering standards, best practices, guardrails and governance processes for GCIO initiatives.
• Enable teams through playbooks, training, office hours, templates and reference implementations.
• Provide dashboards for release frequency, LTTD, pipeline health and quality signals.
• Deliver automation and AI-enabled engineering capabilities to improve productivity and consistency.
• Collaborate with CTO, platform engineering, QA, architecture, risk and delivery leaders.

Recruitment process

• Online behavioural test, telephone screen and Zoom interview with the hiring manager.

• Ability to drive organisation-wide engineering capability initiatives across CTO portfolios.
• Experience establishing scalable engineering standards, governance and reusable ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment services and platform engineering practices.
• Ability to use dashboards, automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve delivery outcomes.
• Collaborative approach to working with engineering teams, QA, architecture, risk and delivery leaders.
• Ability to balance hands-on support with scalable enablement across multiple teams.
