Software Engineer (Axiomsl AI)

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for new and existing applications and systems architecture.
• Lead technical analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and delivery of robust software outcomes.
• Apply security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Build integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Work arrangement:

• Hybrid role in Wrocław with at least three days per week in the office.
• Ability to join the team no later than 1 October 2026 is required.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong software development experience with Python for scalable backend services, integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Strong SQL skills for working with structured enterprise data.
• Experience building and integrating APIs, services, or platform components, including data pipelines, transformation, and validation.
• Experience delivering or integrating AI and ML-enabled solutions in production or near-production environments.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and client-facing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in financial markets, mathematics, computer science, or a related specialized field.
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies for enterprise software platforms.
