Project overview:
- Support global manufacturing plants in solving mechanical and thermomechanical production challenges.
- Serve as the technical interface between Manufacturing Operations and Product Engineering, improving product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
- Work with mechanical design, manufacturing, simulation, materials and reliability teams to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
- Work in a hybrid model from Kraków, with 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve mechanical and thermomechanical production issues, including design, assembly, tolerance, structural and reliability problems.
- Lead root cause, failure and technical investigations; support containment, Design of Experiments and validation activities.
- Evaluate mechanical interfaces, tolerance stack ups, material behavior and manufacturing process impacts.
- Assess supplier changes, document technical findings and communicate recommendations to global stakeholders.
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement through engineering standards and lessons learned.
