Java Software Engineer

• Develop Java 21 backend applications for the Network Management Provisioning Manager.
• Work with web frontend technologies, Tomcat, Hibernate and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain applications used by customers on premise.
• Work in a hybrid Scrum team with daily syncs and a biweekly sprint pace.
• Use the team technology environment, including Java, web frontend, PostgreSQL, RHEL and KVM.

Key requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in software development with a similar technology stack.
• Detailed technical knowledge of Java, Tomcat and Hibernate.
• Regular use of AI code generation, with human and AI-assisted code reviews.
• Ability to work mostly unsupervised in a Scrum team.
• Teamwork skills and readiness to collaborate on user stories with interaction points between team members.

Additional assets:

• Knowledge of RHEL.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
