Software Engineer

Join a team building modern internal engineering platforms supporting enterprise architecture and AI-assisted software development.

You'll help develop intelligent engineering tooling that enables architects and development teams to build software faster using modern AI technologies.

You will

• Design and develop backend services using Node.js and/or Java
• Build modern web applications
• Develop integrations across enterprise platforms
• Work with AI agents and intelligent engineering workflows
• Design APIs and integration patterns
• Improve reliability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams worldwide

Must have

• Strong software engineering capability in Node.js and/or Java experience
• Relational database expertise - PostgreSQL
• Modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks
• Agentic application engineering knowledge, including orchestration of autonomous AI agents
• Integration pattern expertise (e.g., MCP, tool/function calling, API design)
• Software architecture knowledge
• Fluent English and Polish
