AI Engineer

Project

Join a global platform engineering team responsible for delivering AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and engineering productivity across enterprise technology platforms.

You will work closely with product teams to identify AI opportunities, build production-ready solutions, and help integrate AI into existing engineering platforms.

You will

• Identify and evaluate AI use cases together with product teams
• Build prototypes and transform them into production-ready solutions
• Develop AI-powered services integrated with enterprise platforms
• Design APIs and integrate with existing systems and data sources
• Define KPIs and continuously improve delivered solutions
• Contribute reusable engineering assets, templates, and best practices
• Collaborate with global engineering teams in an Agile environment

Must have

• Strong software engineering experience delivering production applications
• Excellent Python programming skills
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and operational metrics
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs
• Understanding of software engineering best practices
• Experience with AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in regulated industries
