Country Buyer – Indirect Procurement

Join the team that supports indirect procurement activities across multiple locations worldwide. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing processes, supplier relationships, and procurement operations while driving cost optimization and ensuring compliance with corporate procurement standards.

Working closely with regional category teams and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality procurement services in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

You will

• Manage procurement activities for indirect materials and services across assigned locations
• Lead sourcing and supplier quotation processes to identify the best commercial solutions
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and business value
• Process purchasing requests while meeting agreed service levels
• Support suppliers and internal stakeholders in resolving delivery, pricing, and invoice-related issues
• Collaborate with regional category managers to execute procurement strategies
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sourcing standards
• Maintain accurate procurement data and contribute to procurement KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives

Must have

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain
• Experience managing supplier relationships and sourcing activities
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Fluent English and Polish
• Fluency in at least one additional language, such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish, Romanian, Hungarian, Korean, or Japanese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational manufacturing or automotive environment
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle
• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with regional or global procurement organizations
