AWS Python Developer

Project

Join a global cloud engineering team responsible for building secure, scalable, and automated AWS platforms supporting enterprise applications. You will develop automation solutions, enhance cloud security, and help application teams deploy and operate workloads in AWS using modern DevOps practices.

This role combines software development, cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, and production support in a highly collaborative environment.

You will

• Develop automation solutions and cloud services using Python
• Support application teams with deploying and operating workloads in AWS
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Design and implement cloud security controls and compliance improvements
• Enhance compliance dashboards and platform automation
• Participate in major incident investigations and rotational on-call support
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions

Must have

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Git, and Ansible
• Good understanding of Linux and/or Windows administration
• Experience automating infrastructure and operational processes
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure
• Security-first mindset with knowledge of AWS security best practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with non-functional testing and performance validation
• Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking or finance
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives
