Lead migration projects from CA OPS/MVS to Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS and from CA Automation Point to Systems Automation for Integrated Operations Management (SAIOM)
Configure and implement policy-based automation solutions within z/OS environments
Develop and maintain automation rules, REXX execs, and System Automation Policy Database (PDB) configurations
Provide installation, configuration, and technical support for automation products
Collaborate with operations teams to optimize system startup, shutdown, and recovery processes
Ensure high availability and operational efficiency through proactive automation strategies
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, migration procedures, and operational guidelines
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues in production environments
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable automation solutions

03 Profil kandydata

Minimum 5 years of experience in a mainframe operations environment in operational, support, consultancy, or service roles
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Tivoli Systems Automation for z/OS
Strong experience with TSO and ISPF for system management and administration
Good knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)
Practical experience in REXX programming and script maintenance
Working knowledge of System Automation Policy Database (PDB)
Proven experience delivering z/OS automation migration projects
Hands-on experience with NetView for z/OS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills
