Senior IAM Specialist

• Lead and coordinate the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IAM solutions, aligning them with customer and business needs across B2C and B2B domains.
• Lead the integration of IAM systems with cloud and on-premises applications, ensuring secure and seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with organizational security standards.
• Own and coordinate the resolution of complex IAM issues by orchestrating troubleshooting activities, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
• Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments related to identity and access management.
• Stay current with IAM trends, threats, and best practices to proactively enhance the organization's security posture.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience with ForgeRock (Ping), SiteMinder (CA SSO, CA DIR, CA API GW), Azure AD
• Demonstrated experience navigating large IT organizations and complex, heterogeneous IT architectures, including coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively within established governance, operating, and delivery models
• Proven experience designing, managing, or coordinating IAM solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience in AWS, NGINX+ and Kubernetes
• Strong expertise in authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols like OIDC, OAuth2 and SAML
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR or comparable regulatory standards)
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement IAM solutions in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Load Balancers (F5)
• Advanced networking concepts and troubleshooting

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications are considered a plus, such as ITIL or organizational / operating model frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)
