Java Developer

• Build and maintain backend applications in Java
• Learn to work fluently with AI coding agents (Claude, Codex) and bring them into daily development
• Experiment with MCP servers to automate real engineering tasks
• Help define and improve our AI-assisted development practices
• Work closely with developers, testers and analysts to make delivery faster and better
• Be honest about results — including when an AI approach doesn't pay off

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial Java development
• Genuine curiosity about AI in engineering
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts
• Learning mindset — picks up new tools fast
• Good communication in English (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Hands-on tinkering with Claude, Codex, Cursor, MCP or similar
• Experience with Spring / typical backend stack, cloud, CI/CD
• A side project, blog post or experiment showing curiosity
