Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for both short-term and long-term initiatives
Support the development and enhancement of Management Information (MI) reporting within Credit Risk or Portfolio Management domains
Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and agree on business outcomes and actionable deliverables
Facilitate communication between business, technology, and offshore teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps best practices
Identify and analyze business problems or opportunities and propose effective solutions
Ensure high-quality documentation and traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle

03 Profil kandydata

Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/financial services sector
Strong knowledge of MI reporting, ideally in Credit Risk or Portfolio Management
Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis across complex systems
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Hands-on experience collaborating with offshore development, testing, and analysis teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2+)
