PROJECT
The project aims to improve overall stability within the bank’s production environments by implementing a comprehensive quality assurance and monitoring solution for production applications.
The application continuously monitors system performance and availability to quickly detect issues, identify errors, and automatically report incidents. It collects availability statistics and operational data, transforming them into meaningful metrics for analysis.
YOU WILL
- Participating in software architecture design
- Leading UI changes and improvements to increase overall UX and application stability
- Implementing solutions according to the best Design Patterns
- Analyze requirements to understand solutions and recommend improvements fully
- Create comprehensive and clear documentation for developed solutions
- Develop and work on application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
- Management of Changes through the Service Management Lifecycle
- Active involvement in Automation and improvement of the Service Management lifecycle
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
