3+ years of experience in financial services (accounts/payments area)
3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
Strong ability to decompose complex business problems and design practical solutions within technical constraints
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving alignment on requirements
Ability to effectively communicate, refine, and document business requirements in collaboration with IT teams
Hands-on experience with user stories creation, defining acceptance criteria, and participating in sprint planning and reviews
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
