- Oversee the end-to-end digital asset settlements process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital asset settlements, providing operational guidance and resolving complex transaction issues
- Lead and mentor settlement analysts, ensuring adherence to internal procedures, control frameworks, and quality standards
- Manage escalations, settlement failures, and process disruptions, implementing root cause analysis and preventive action plans
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation, ensuring all records meet audit and compliance requirements
- Monitor process metrics and operational dashboards to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technology, product, risk, and compliance teams, to address operational challenges and system enhancements
- Support senior management in executing strategic initiatives, change programs, and special projects
- Ensure the team remains up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and evolving blockchain settlement practices
- Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the team
