- Strategic and operational management of one of our key clients' divisions, including building and maintaining partner relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Creation and implementation of integrated 360-degree communication strategies with a strong digital core and deep integration into the client's business realities. Oversight of strategy execution and timely delivery by the entire media process team (from brief to planning, execution, analysis, follow-up) and financial management.
- Active management of client relationships - managing expectations, providing constructive feedback, and proactively proposing solutions.
- Management of a multi-person team - planning and organizing work, delegating tasks, giving feedback, and supporting the development of subordinates.
- Searching for, testing, and implementing innovations, new tools, placements, and initiatives supporting the client's business and marketing goals.
