- Lead end-to-end research projects independently: define goals, select methods, conduct studies (IDIs, usability tests, surveys), and analyze & synthesize data.
- Create strategic recommendations: turn research findings into practical business, marketing, and design insights.
- Present findings and facilitate workshops (e.g., design thinking) for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Strategists, and Account Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
