- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation
- Model and map business processes using BPMN and UML
- Collaborate closely with development teams (.NET, React) on API design and system integrations
- Participate in refinements, workshops, and sprint planning sessions
- Work with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage requirements and documentation
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) to streamline documentation and enhance analysis processes
- Identify, track, and communicate risks, dependencies, and project progress
- Engage with stakeholders and ensure clear, ongoing communication in English
- Support alignment between business goals and technical implementation
