What You'll Do

Break down projects into tasks, deliver in phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery.
Support product development by working with product, design & analytics: join ideation, state technical constraints, and weigh risks/trade-offs.
Maintain operations and availability: create/monitor metrics, escalate issues, and participate in on-call/“keep the lights on” work.
Contribute to team growth: take part in interviews and other development activities.

New employees typically start near the bottom of the range. Pay depends on location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of total compensation that may include monthly stipends (health, wellness, tech) and benefits, including 100% subsidized medical, dental and vision. Eligible employees may receive equity rewards from Affirm Holdings, Inc.

POL base pay range per year: 252,000 zł - 352,000 zł

03 Profil kandydata

What We Look For

You have a total of 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
You have experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin.
You have experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
You have mastered taking a simple problem or business scenario into a solution that interacts with multiple software components, and executing on it by writing clear, easily understood, well tested and extensible code.
You are comfortable navigating a large code base, debugging others' code, and providing feedback to other engineers through code reviews.
Your experience demonstrates that you take ownership of your growth, proactively seeking feedback from your team, your manager, and your stakeholders.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills that support effective collaboration with our global engineering team.
