03 Profil kandydata

Strong background in cloud-native architectures, preferably in Azure
Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and modern integration platforms
Solid understanding of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Argo Workflows, Temporal, Airflow) and DAG-based concepts
Proven experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams in complex environments
Strong skills in planning, dependency management, roadmap creation, and risk management
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable delivery plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, monitoring)
Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset with strong ownership
Understanding of data integration patterns, message flows, mappings, and orchestration logic
