- Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, Recruitment) while gathering and refining requirements for new internal system functionalities.
- Be responsible for business and system analysis, stakeholder communication, and translating requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Product Owner on shaping and maintaining the roadmap of the internal system ecosystem based on the WEBCON BPS platform.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog for the analysis and development team, ensuring business stakeholders’ needs are properly addressed while maintaining adequate capacity for system maintenance and technical improvements.
- Connect knowledge across multiple internal systems to design optimal cross-system solutions across the internal application landscape.
- Prepare operational reports and system-based analytical insights for Product Owners and senior management, providing visibility into internal processes and system data.
