- Enable and manage Software Lifecycle data for customers
- Support Service Areas in understanding the impact of obsolete software and available mitigation actions
- Investigate and resolve cases related to software lifecycle and asset status
- Participate in audits related to Software Lifecycle Management
- Cooperate closely with Service Areas, stakeholders, and application owners
- Support governance, architecture, and software lifecycle processes through structured collaboration
- Contribute to reporting and insights related to software lifecycle status
