AI-First .NET Engineer

We are looking for an AI-First Fullstack Engineer who is actively building a real AI-augmented development practice — not just using autocomplete. You will work across varied client engagements, contribute to meaningful technical decisions, and be expected to grow quickly in an environment that takes AI tooling seriously. This is a role for engineers who are intentional about how they use AI and want to develop that skill alongside their core technical craft.

We follow a remote-first setup with no mandatory office visits. Occasionally, you may be invited to in-person meetings in our offices (Warsaw, Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk, or Bialystok), e.g., for client visits or team reunions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features with attention to quality, performance, and reliability
• Apply AI tools actively throughout your workflow: generation, refactoring, review, testing, and research
• Participate in architectural and design discussions — contribute ideas, ask good questions, and learn from senior engineers
• Write clean, reviewable code and actively engage in code reviews
• Communicate clearly with the team and client stakeholders in English
• Flag risks, blockers, and technical concerns early
• Continuously refine your AI workflow and share learnings with the team

AI-First Requirements

Must have:

• Hands-on: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalent AI coding assistants
• Understanding of agents and sub-agents: composition and usage
• Custom skills: create/use reusable AI skill definitions
• AI planning workflows: task breakdowns, step-by-step plans as files/tickets
• Prompt engineering: produce reliable output; evaluate/override AI suggestions
• Project-level AI instructions: copilot-instructions.md, CLAUDE.md or similar

Nice to have:

• Knowledge: AI in SDLC phases (requirements, design, implementation, review, testing, docs)
• Orchestrating multiple AI agents for parallel tasks
• Agentic loop patterns: tool use, reflection, iterative self-correction

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years .NET / C#: REST APIs, middleware, DI, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
• SQL databases, ORMs; NoSQL a plus
• Experience: Python, Java, or Node.js (plus)
• JavaScript, TypeScript proficiency
• Frontend: React (preferred) and/or Angular
• State management, async patterns, frontend testing basics
• Work on monoliths and service-oriented codebases
• Awareness DDD, CQRS (hands-on a plus)
• Message-driven / event-driven patterns
• Docker fundamentals; Kubernetes basics a plus
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar
• Cloud: Azure, AWS or GCP
• Observability: structured logging, tracing concepts
