The Scrum Master will enable the delivery of digital projects by working closely with delivery teams, product managers, stakeholders, and vendors. The role focuses on driving Agile adoption, improving team efficiency, and ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as an Agile coach, mentoring and training teams on Scrum and Agile best practices.
- Facilitating the development of self-organizing, high-performing teams through coaching and continuous improvement.
- Leading Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guiding teams in writing, splitting, and sizing user stories for optimal delivery.
- Identifying and removing impediments, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business value, define scope, and plan delivery phases.
- Managing sprint execution, scope changes, and ensuring alignment with delivery timelines.
- Overseeing vendor collaboration and ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
- Providing clear project visibility through regular status updates and progress reporting.
- Collecting feedback to improve planning, execution, and team satisfaction.
