A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
A recognized Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
8–10 years of experience in project management and Agile execution.
At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams of 10+ members.
A strong understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A hands-on mindset, capable of acting both as a leader and an individual contributor.
Proven experience delivering complex digital projects in fast-paced environments.
Experience in the e-commerce industry (preferred).
Hands-on development experience (a plus).

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

The Scrum Master will enable the delivery of digital projects by working closely with delivery teams, product managers, stakeholders, and vendors. The role focuses on driving Agile adoption, improving team efficiency, and ensuring smooth and timely project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as an Agile coach, mentoring and training teams on Scrum and Agile best practices.
Facilitating the development of self-organizing, high-performing teams through coaching and continuous improvement.
Leading Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Guiding teams in writing, splitting, and sizing user stories for optimal delivery.
Identifying and removing impediments, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business value, define scope, and plan delivery phases.
Managing sprint execution, scope changes, and ensuring alignment with delivery timelines.
Overseeing vendor collaboration and ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
Providing clear project visibility through regular status updates and progress reporting.
Collecting feedback to improve planning, execution, and team satisfaction.
