- strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- experience working with technical teams (developers, QA)
- ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- fluent English
Nice to have
- experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, telecom)
- experience working with complex or high-scale systems
Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Your role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
- gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams across the full SDLC
- support delivery by ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities
- perform gap analysis and propose improvements to existing processes and systems
- participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
This is a delivery-focused BA role (not a PM/PO position).
Tech & tools:
- Jira / Confluence (or similar)
- Miro / BPMN / UML tools
- Excel (data analysis, reporting)
- Figma – nice to have
