Business Systems Analyst

Your role:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:

• gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams across the full SDLC
• support delivery by ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities
• perform gap analysis and propose improvements to existing processes and systems
• participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement

This is a delivery-focused BA role (not a PM/PO position).

Tech & tools:

• Jira / Confluence (or similar)
• Miro / BPMN / UML tools
• Excel (data analysis, reporting)
• Figma – nice to have

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
• strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• experience working with technical teams (developers, QA)
• ability to translate business needs into clear documentation
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• fluent English

Nice to have

• experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, telecom)
• experience working with complex or high-scale systems
