Profile: Business Analyst (Mid)

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Interpret and analyze business requirements to understand and address the core business objectives.
• Workshop Leadership: Conduct workshops with business professionals, technical experts, and UX designers to develop the best solutions.
• Documentation and Specification: Convert requirements into user stories, create technical specifications, and document process flows.
• Manual Testing: Perform manual tests before releases to ensure quality and functionality.
• Problem-Solving: Provide support in resolving production issues and challenges.

• Localization: Warsaw, Ochota, hybrid mode: candidates living in Warsaw & up to 100 km – 1x per week in the office; more than 100 km – 1x per month in the office

• Stawka: up to 100,00 PLN nett/h

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in digital tool development projects.
• Knowledge in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Understanding the insurance and/or eCommerce sectors is a plus.

Optional:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• AI projects experience.
