Kogo poszukujemy?
Responsibilities:
- development of a low-latency trading system,
- participation in technical work planning and making key architectural decisions,
- monitoring applications, code profiling, and microsecond-level optimization,
- identifying and eliminating system bottlenecks at the code, JVM, and network levels,
- integration with external data providers (cryptocurrency exchanges),
- code review and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team,
- close collaboration with Quant teams (trading data science) to understand, analyze, and implement trading algorithms.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Requirements:
- minimum 7 years of experience in Java programming,
- very good understanding of multithreading concepts,
- communication skills and ability to effectively work in a team,
- knowledge and practical application of Clean Code principles,
- familiarity with Java, Kafka, gRPC, REST, WebSockets
- higher education (in IT-related fields or related),
- fluent in spoken and written Polish
