IT Analyst with DORA experience

• Experience with collecting and populating the DORA Register of Information (RoI)
• Knowledge and practical experience with the Implementing Technical Standard (ITS) with regard to the RoI
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting (formulas, data analysis tools, PowerQuery etc.)
• Intermediate Power BI experience: connecting large amounts of data, transforming and modeling data using Power Query and Power Pivot, establishing relationships, designing interactive reports that will be published to internal Power BI Report servers and used for management reporting
• Data security and compliance: Familiarity with data security and compliance principles, including: Data encryption , Access control etc
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data-related issues and develop effective solutions

• Data Governance: Document and suggest data governance procedures and standards for the Third-Party ICT Agreement register and the DORA regulatory traceability matrix
• Data Quality: Monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness for the Third-Party ICT Agreement register and the DORA regulatory traceability matrix
• Data Mapping: Map data that is required for the register (e.g. entities making use of ICT services and mapping of ICT applications to Business Products and Services)
• Data Management: Oversee data management processes for the Third-Party ICT Agreement register and the DORA regulatory traceability matrix, including data ingestion, storage, and retrieval
• Data Lineage: Track data lineage to ensure transparency and accountability
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-related support
