Senior Software Development Engineer In Test

1. Perform requirements analysis and challenge requirements when they are unclear or incomplete
2. Prepare test scenarios and test cases
3. Prepare and manage test data
4. Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Robot Framework and Python
5. Implement automated solutions supporting day‑to‑day tasks
6. Plan and execute test activities
7. Analyze test results and report defects
8. Execute automated regression tests as part of CI/CD pipelines
9. Identify and implement improvements in daily processes, tasks, and challenges

3 days in the office per week + 2 days remote work

• 5+ years of professional experience developing in Python
• 5+ years of experience working with database technologies
• 5+ years of experience using Git
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Robot Framework
• 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins)
• Strong practical experience with Linux environments and Bash scripting
• Solid experience in test planning, execution, automation, and defect management
• Experience with test management tools such as qTest or Zephyr
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo, Jira, and Bitbucket
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Confidence to challenge inefficient solutions and processes, with the ability to propose improved alternatives
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies
• Knowledge of streaming and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, IBM MQ)
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices and ways of working
