• Architectural Design: Design comprehensive, cloud-native solutions (HLD/LLD) utilizing the full range of AWS services as the project foundation.
• AWS Well-Architected Framework: Ensure architectural consistency by optimizing projects for security, reliability, performance, operational excellence, and cost.
• IaC Strategy: Define automation standards and oversee the deployment of Terraform across all environments.
• Modernization & Innovation: Promote advanced patterns, including Kubernetes (EKS), serverless (Lambda/Fargate), and event-driven architectures to keep clients at the technical forefront.
• Technical Authority & Leadership: Act as a "guiding star" for engineering teams, leading PoCs/MVPs and resolving complex technical bottlenecks or networking issues.
• Quality Management: Conduct code and infrastructure reviews to ensure compliance with the original architectural vision and enterprise-class standards.
• Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to identify requirements and design multi-year cloud transformation processes.
• Pre-sales Technical Support: Serve as an expert during the sales process, assisting in effort estimation, defining the Statement of Work (SoW), and presenting technical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Rich, practical experience working with the AWS ecosystem, including services such as Transit Gateway, IAM principles, Aurora, and SageMaker.
• Documented experience in designing distributed systems and leading large-scale cloud migrations or creating entirely new cloud environments.
• Strong experience in DevOps and automation, including CI/CD processes, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and applying a "Security by Design" approach.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and architectural trade-offs to both software engineers and business stakeholders without technical knowledge.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification or relevant AWS specialist certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working in a consulting or partner environment, managing multiple stakeholders and diverse technical environments.
• Experience in software development (e.g., in Python, Go, or TypeScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams and support them.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Polish in both speech and writing.
