The Data Insights Platform project focuses on building and maintaining data solutions that support business decision-making. The team works on integrating data from multiple sources, designing data models, and delivering reliable reporting and analytics solutions.

The environment includes Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft SQL Server, with a strong focus on data quality, performance metrics, and scalable data processing.

• Deliver assigned projects end-to-end, including development of performance KPIs, data models, and data pipelines.
• Perform data discovery, cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and validation.
• Match and link data across multiple datasets
• Ensure secure data movement from source systems to target environments
• Build complex reporting solutions in Google Cloud and/or Microsoft SQL Server environments using Python, T-SQL, and other technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to understand requirements and business logic
• Identify opportunities for internal process improvements
• Manage risks and potential blockers within the scope of your responsibilities
• Document processes by preparing roadmaps, process descriptions, and technical documentation
• Drive assigned initiatives by facilitating discussions and monitoring progress

• 3+ years of experience in data-related roles, such as Data Engineering, Data Analysis, SQL Development, Data Architecture, Data Management, or Data Modeling
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of SQL programming and relational databases
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools (especially BigQuery and Data Studio / Looker Studio) is highly valued
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing principles
• Experience in preparing business reporting and dashboards
• Knowledge of Python is considered an advantage
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills
