Project-based support, part-time, up to 8 days per month

1. Consultancy to define and prioritise actions in line with strategic aims for the Customer's website
2. Integration of the CPD frameworks and professional development levels
3. Incentivising deeper engagement with our resources and community
4. Developing a system to recommend personalised learning plans
5. Implementing progress tracking/ recognition with certification
6. Develop timeline and roadmap for development work aligned to aims
7. Support identifying the cause of technical problems on the site and advise on best solutions
8. Support with coordination of technical teams and deployment workflow
9. Regular training sessions for the site manager and team

• Demonstrate Drupal 10 expertise
• Experience in project managing website design and development
• Proven track record of Drupal 10 website management
• Demonstrate experience in website management for an education or professional development content

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of the CPD frameworks for teachers and teacher educators
• Education background
