• Prepare business and functional analysis for one or more Guidewire modules:
• Policy Center: product model configuration (APD), sales and submission process, underwriting rules, rating, policy issuance, MTA, renewal, cancellation
• Billing Center: invoicing, direct and agency bill, payment allocation, delinquency management, refunds, account billing, multi-currency
• Claim Center: FNOL, exposure and reserve management, claims handling, payments, document production
• Analyze and define integrations with internal and external systems (payment providers, general ledger, rating engines, document production systems, digital frontends)
• Work closely with SMEs, developers, and integration teams
• Prepare and manage the backlog, prioritize requirements, and support solution design
• Recommend out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionalities versus required customizations
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and system implementation
• (Optional) Support data migration activities (billing and/or claims)

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst to support Guidewire implementation projects (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) for international insurance clients in cloud or on-prem environments. The role covers business and functional analysis, close cooperation with subject matter experts and technical teams, as well as support for integration and migration activities.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Lead BA in at least one Guidewire implementation project (Policy Center, Billing Center, or Claim Center)
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (policy lifecycle, billing, and/or claims, depending on the module)
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, developer-ready analysis
• Experience working with SMEs and IT teams
• Experience with backlog preparation and prioritization
• Guidewire certification (Policy, Billing, or Claim Center) – nice to have
