Czym będziesz się zajmować?

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and maintaining partners across European markets (software houses, e-commerce agencies, integrators, and technology companies). This is a hands-on role with a high level of autonomy and a direct impact on revenue.

What you’ll do:
  • Actively acquiring new B2B partners (outbound activities, networking, events, referrals),
  • Building and managing your own partner pipeline and delivering revenue targets,
  • Developing long-term, strategic (non-transactional) partner relationships,
  • Co-creating and executing partner growth strategies (enablement, joint sales initiatives),
  • Educating partners through presentations, demos, and product workshops,
  • Identifying new market opportunities and initiating partnerships,
  • Negotiating partnership terms and managing B2B processes,
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Kogo poszukujemy?

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in partnershipsbusiness development, or B2B sales (SaaS, tech, e-commerce),
  • Has experience with independent lead generation and working against revenue targets,
  • Has a very good command of English (minimum C1) and is comfortable working with EU markets,
  • Is confident in business conversations, negotiations, and presentations,
  • Can quickly understand and clearly explain technological solutions,
  • Is relationship-driven, with a strong win-win mindset,
  • Is willing to travel for business purposes and attend industry events,
  • Demonstrates independence, initiative, and ownership of results.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in SaaS / CPaaS / e-commerce environments,
  • Experience working with technology partners or resellers.
